Poor Renovations
September 12, 2022I have lived at the property for a year now and while it looks nice at first, it has a lot of issues that have not been addressed by the landlord. The renovations are poorly done, I cant open/use my oven, multiple bed bug problems, and lack of notice on renovations using heavy chemicals. Also, street parking only unless you want to spend an additional $75 per month. Would not recommend for the price.Review from Apartments.com

September 18, 2019The updated apartment is fine, but dealing with the landlord made me immediately regret moving in. She will enter your apartment without your consent, not tell you about the mice issue in the units, and try to withhold every penny from your security deposit. RUN AWAY, there’s better places to live that don’t come with her headache.Review from Apartments.com
