  • Management can’t correct

    December 4, 2019
    Been to management 4 times(In person), to notify clubhouse management about the people above me, and their extra curricular behavior at 7am. Management said they would evict if it continued after the 3rd notice, after the 4th notice the problem is still an in going issue. Management needs to follow through. Empty promises.

  • Best Apartment Complex in Omaha!

    My wife and I have lived at Broadmoor Hills for almost 2 years now and we do not have any complaints. The property management team has been extraordinary since the moment we came to them. Also, the maintenance team does a fantastic job of fixing any problem in a prompt and efficient manner. This apartment complex is great, and the value is the best in Omaha. Not only do you get access to 4 different swimming pools (one being indoors), but 2 gyms, a workspace, and so much more.

    If you want everything at your fingertips, Broadmoor Hills is the place to be! Beautiful apartments, a large selection of layouts, and amenities galore! At Broadmoor, you get 2 pools (a third on the way!), 1 hot tub, an indoor basketball court, fitness center, theater room, business office and more! A bar is underway as well. Right on the edge of Omaha, so you have access to everything, but don't have to deal with living right in the middle of the city.

The community is located near a wonderful outdoor shopping center with many great restaurants. Though it is further from the heart of the city than most communities, the commute is easy thanks to Dodge Street. Typically, I ...

  • Afforable Luxory For Everyone

    I moved in a couple months ago and immediately felt at home. The application process was easy and the associates were very helpful. The amenities here are in abundance, ranging from pools to a basketball court and on-site maintenance to a business center. The rooms all have a great layout and are cleaned and painted before move in. The overall complex is growing and improving with more options for new and current residents. The 5 star rating is much deserved.
