I really appreciate the everyone on the leasing team for being so friendly, positive, and professional. Additionally, the location is great too! With all sorts of amenities and a fantastic neighborhood with much to offer, you rarely have to travel far for lost necessities and wants. The travel time and distance is great as well as the property is close to 4 of the main ...roadways here in the city! The neighbors have also been friendly and helpful which makes a huge difference for me given the turmoil in today’s society. September 26, 2025When I moved into the apartment being the first tenant in a new building, I expected a few issues but I think I only had one and that for hot water. It was resolved in a couple of hours. Other issues that have occurred have been resolved very promptly. Peaceful, nice to come home and relax. The staff are amazing.
