September 26, 2025When I moved into the apartment being the first tenant in a new building, I expected a few issues but I think I only had one and that for hot water. It was resolved in a couple of hours. Other issues that have occurred have been resolved very promptly. Peaceful, nice to come home and relax. The staff are amazing. There's no place like home...
September 4, 2025Of all the places I have lived, Broadstone Amelia is BY FAR one of the best. From the start of the application process to moving in, the staff have all been knowledgeable, friendly and have even checked in to make sure I got settled in. I can't say I have ever lived in place where I'm excited to get home, because of its many amenities and the friendly community.Property Manager Responded
