Well this issues came in the 4 months living in this apartment, the first one is something that I know is not in your hands but, its something that you have to mention is the sound of the train everyday between 12 am to 4 am, the windows are not soundproof so, we can hear everything…. The second is the cleanless of the halls, its very dirty and you can notice in the wood trims. Last, it has been 3 times in less of 3-month which the fire alarm has gone off for no reason. That is scared

I would tell anyone that as long as Madelyn is the property manager, to never move here. She's condescending and avoids any issues you may have with the community. She's rarely in the office and leaves the remaining staff to try and resolve issues that they may not be comfortable handling. If you want to live in a community where you can trust that the property manager cares about you, choose a different place to live.
