I have been enjoying the community so far. The tour, lease, and move-in were conducted very smoothly, and I had no issues. Before move-in, the staff shot a video of an additional room for me and, in general, answered questions professionally.

It’s a nice clean place for the most part and most upgraded appliances. Great area as well. It’s always different types of food around here at all times.

Broadstone Craft is beautifully and thoughtfully built. They really thought of everything from the quirky design, to the amenities and everything is just easy. The leasing staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible. I would recommend living here to anyone!

This place is such a great vibe in the NoDa area! Melissa was so awesome, down to earth, and did a great job with the tour! 10/10 recommend working with her. The place is really inviting and we are so excited to work with Melissa to hopefully call this place home.
