The community is beautiful, and feels really safe. I also love the amenities, the monthly events that we have, and the short walk to the downtown area. People are nice, maintenance team is awesome, they reactive very quick, also doing a lot of annual check to make sure the house is in the good shape to live. July 5, 2025When we first moved in, the experience was awesome. Now the constant barking of dogs day and night across from us in apartments above the leasing office or in the same building is out of control. The pool is often dirty or not being cleaned properly. I can see the stains on the bottom of the pool from my third floor balcony. The upkeep of the pool and property is falling off. I want to visit the fool, but it's filty. My wife and I moved in 4 yrs ago and just renewed for another year, maybe ...the final one. It's always soothing to listen to the water falls in the pool, but they have been turned off.
