Been living here for 2 years now. The maintenance team is wonderful, which seems to be a rare commodity these days. I don’t really have any issues that would involve the leasing office so I’m not sure who works there now or how they are. Truly the only downside is the train, but you get so used to it early on.

Love the community here. It's very quite and everyone is friendly. I've been living here for a little over a year now and I do not plan on moving from here any time soon. I do wish they can update the gym's equipment and area. It's kind of small and the equipment looks old. But other than that it's a great place to live at.

Officially been here for over a year. Nice quiet apartments with quick maintenance response. Rarely see bugs. Would recommend anyone to live here

I recently toured this apartment and was honestly really impressed! The building was clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The amenities were beautiful and well-maintained, and the units themselves were spacious with updated finishes. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Ask for Tina! She was a joy!!! Broadstone has been great ?? I’ve enjoyed the community and events and my apartment gets good lighting… I like the new planters set up on the rooftop of the garage.
