        Moving can be stressful, but the entire leasing experience at Broadstone Junction was incredibly smooth from start to finish. We had a long list of questions before signing, and Tina was absolutely amazing—she took the time to answer every single one of them thoroughly and with a great attitude.         Overall, it’s seems to be a nice community but if you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you. It’s a train station near the building that passes by often. I experienced a roach issue that the leasing agent is working with pest control to be diligent to get rid of the issue. I like that the units are spacious and renovated.

        I will be moving in again this September! I lived here before and I am so glad to be moving back. I absolutely love the property and I feel safe here. I also love all the restaurants in walking distance and music/parks/festivals that are close! If you are looking for a nice cozy place to call home consider Broadstone Junction!

        Been living here for 2 years now. The maintenance team is wonderful, which seems to be a rare commodity these days. I don’t really have any issues that would involve the leasing office so I’m not sure who works there now or how they are. Truly the only downside is the train, but you get so used to it early on.

        Love the community here. It's very quite and everyone is friendly. I've been living here for a little over a year now and I do not plan on moving from here any time soon. I do wish they can update the gym's equipment and area. It's kind of small and the equipment looks old. But other than that it's a great place to live at.
