The maintenance team is also so kind and always on top of any requests. The rooftop is gorgeous and the pool/gym are very well maintained. Great building and staff
November 24, 2024The apartment is definitely great but what has kept us living here for years is the staff and the amenities. The staff is so sweet and on top of everything, especially Jose, I cant say enough good things about him. Great Apartment, Great Staff
July 1, 2024Have lived at Broadstone for almost 3 years now and am always impressed. Edgar from maintenance has been a so helpful. At 11pm on a Sunday there was an issue with my bathroom pipes and my tub was flooding. Edgar took time out of his day off to come help out and stop my bathroom from flooding. I’m here for the people
June 16, 2024The staff is absolutely wonderful and extra loving towards my pup. Jose has gone above and beyond when I’ve needed help (and all the pups are obsessed with him), Lauren cheers me on when I’m heading out for important meetings, and Edgar is always willing to lend a hand. June 12, 2024I moved into Broadstone Los Feliz apartments a little over a year ago, and I absolutely love it here. Everyone is so wonderful, and when you have any issues, they are on top of it. I put in a service request today because I was having issues with my windows, and they were fixed so quickly.
