Unsafe property
April 25, 2023The garage doors barely work, cars get broken into frequently, and non residents get in at any time. Management doesn’t care about the amenities being clean neither the neighbors care about cleaning after their pets.Property Manager Responded

Unsafe property
March 11, 2023Doors and garage break frequently. Last time it took over 6 weeks to get the main door fixed. Security is a joke. Cars get stolen and broken into inside the garage and management doesn’t notify residents. Their excuse is that they don’t need to provide safety.Property Manager Responded

Great New Property
February 3, 2023The Management has been so excellent; whenever I called to set up my Gas oven on a Saturday, the Maintenance called back within 10 min. The Gate has worked since day one. Also, we had one issue with Theft in the Parking Garage. Immediately they Hired a Night Guard to stand by the Gate, and since then, no problems. The amenities are fantastic. I love the coffee Machine and the putting green in the Main Area. It's like 24hr Starbucks. It's also in a great location to get into the Complex. The ...Fixtures are lovely and the Foam insulation Keeps sound down! Nigel and all the agents in the leasing office are so nice and very helpful and personable.Property Manager Responded

The only good reviews are from people who don’t live here
November 1, 2022Four vehicles tires were stolen yesterday because the gate has been broken for months. The front door of the building has been broken for months so anyone can get into this property. Insane negligence from management and I feel very unsafe living here yet I pay luxury prices. This is all happening even after new management so don’t be fooled by their replies on these reviews. Too Expensive, Very Dirty and Poor Maintenance overall
August 25, 2022We pay way too much to live here. This complex is very poorly maintained. Every trash chute room is currently overflowing out the door, I wish I could attach photos. The dumpsters are sitting in the driveway for days and trash blows around everywhere. The hallways smell bad all the time. The gym is out of disinfecting wipes and the dog stations are out of poop bags. We were hoping these issues would improve when RPM bought it from Greystar but they have only gotten worse. Terrible Management and Terrible Security Measures
July 6, 2022If you value your safety and security of your valuables this is not the place to live and I suggest you take your money elsewhere. Besides the constant lack of attention on normal upkeep for the property from management, my experience today from Jamie came with a lot of disregard, no common sense, and lack of empathy. The biggest issue with this property is security. People have had their vehicles stolen, people have been mugged in the middle of the day, and now I too have been victimized by the ...complete negligence of this property’s management. The first infuriating thing is being locked out of all floors due to their faulty knob/entry system. Even with the phone app we were locked out. What if someone wanted to rob us or do harm? We wouldn’t of been able to get in due to this being an ongoing issue not just with us, but other residents as well. Second thing is the car garage gate, the gate has been open to the public for weeks now so anybody can go in and out. Due to this problem my catalytic converters were stolen. There is no care about safety and security here. The crime here has been an ongoing issue from the beginning. You would think if this property’s management had any care whatsoever for the safety of their residents they would make it a too priority. To take a step further once I was able to make a police report and got an officer to the office to review the video cameras that were by my truck they refused to show it to him. Jamie claimed we needed a subpoena to review it. This infuriated the officer so much he walked out. She had the nerve to tell me after asking her why can’t we see it that “this happens all the time here, it’s not hard to get a subpoena” so instead of having some sort of empathy and common sense she refuse to be any help and admitted that the crime rate here is so high that “it happens all the time”. The officer told us to take our money elsewhere because he has never experienced such disregard for residents from management. If I were to sum up my experience at this place with one word it would be “negligent”. I hope I can take this a step forward and do something about my stolen property due their inaction to secure the property. They don’t care about the upkeep and maintenance of the property and most importantly they don’t care about the safety and security of residents. It is worth paying an extra couple of hundred dollars and going elsewhere just for a bit of peace of mind and just common sense management.Property Manager Responded
