The customer service is truly outstanding - anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, the staff has been responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. I have had a few appliance / maintenance issues since I moved in, but they are quick at addressing the concerns. Repairs are taken care of promptly and efficiently (if possible without the need for outside vendors), which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. When repairs ...
