Spend Money for Nothing
July 3, 2024I was encouraged when a new management company took over and brought in new amenities like valet trash, but my excitement quickly turned to annoyance. You pay for valet trash in addition to your rent and you cannot opt out of it. This so called "amenity" has been nothing but a headache and frankly a pay for nothing "amenity." Several times a month they do not pick up my trash and despite numerous emails to management and the Valet Living company, the problem is never fixed. They just take your ...money and you don't come close to getting what you pay for. In addition, numerous residents fail to put their bags of trash in the Valet bins and instead leave then on the ground where they leak and attract flies, ants, and cockroaches. Despite repeatedly notifying management about these lease violations and a promise by them to address it with the residents and take care of the issue, they continue to leave their trash on the ground. The insulation in these apartments is also poor. It takes hours to cool your apartment a few degrees when you change the thermostat. The outside walls are always constantly hot during the summer because then insulation is so poor. I would look elsewhere when looking for an apartment.Property Manager Responded

Filthy and horrendous apartment
April 21, 2024Unclean, filthy, bad management. The worst place I have ever seen - bed bugs cockroaches and mice is the norm here. Lack of maintenance, broken light fixtures, broken locks, doors and window screens. Unsafe community and amenities are old and unusable.Property Manager Responded

Wrong place to stay. No safety and security.
December 19, 2022It’s wrong place to stay. No security and no safety. Service also not good. Monthly once or twice burglary happenings. So think twice before moving here. Robbers are entering into apartments with Guns and snatching phones and jewelry.Review from Apartments.com
Poor management
December 19, 2022Been living here since 6 years. Before the management change, the apartments were okay, apart from some minor issues. However, since BH management has taken over, I have seen a sharp increase in robberies, thefts, and break ins. They do absolutely nothing to provide security, despite of so many emails and letters written to them, demanding camera surveillance, etc. They do 1 thing, keep changing petty things like paint, lights, to increase monthly rent. For safety, they only provided an ...alternative to change door locks to coded locks, with a $50 increase in Monthly rent. Those locks do nothing and are pretty convenient for thoefs to break. Unsafe unsanitary living conditions!
December 18, 2022There are safety, sanitary conditions that are not being addressed by management and ownership. Tenants are being burglarized and robbed, there’s trash overflowing in the mornings and there’s roaches and bugs. The physical structures have cracks and appliances are very old. Rent keeps going up and quality of living keeps going down. Please ask a current tenant living here before considering.Review from Apartments.com

Anybody and everybody can enter here because of lack of safety measures. The management recently updated the locks on doors in name of smart homes that was broken by thieves yesterday. Terrible Management
December 18, 2022Been living here since 6 years. Before the management change, the apartments were okay, apart from some minor issues. However, since BH management has taken over, I have seen a sharp increase in robberies, thefts, and break ins. They do absolutely nothing to provide security, despite of so many emails and letters written to them, demanding camera surveillance, etc. They do 1 thing, keep changing petty things like paint, lights, to increase monthly rent. For safety, they only provided an ...alternative to change door locks to coded locks, with a $50 increase in Monthly rent. Those locks do nothing and are pretty convenient for thoefs to break. Worst Management and Staff
August 20, 2022Not even a single star for New management, I have lived here for 4 years, and with this new management, the service tickets are not properly handled and have to wait at least a weeks period to get addressed the issues even if it is an emergency, no maintenance staff on weekends. May 9, 2022The A/C breaks EVERY month. The light in the kitchen never works right no matter how many times the try to fix it. They don’t always come in a timely matter even if it’s a water leak. Maintenance is my biggest issue with Broadstone New Territory. And the kitchen is old fashioned with white appliancesReview from Apartments.com
