January 30, 2025Pros Friendly staff, clean neighborhood, nice amenities, respectful neighbors, great gym & shared spaces, great location near shops & restaurants. Cons Poorly constructed apartments & units not sound proofed, getting prompt maintenance is a mixed bag nowadays, Crickets over run apartments in summer, no easy access printing, fetch delivery & fee is unnecessary.Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2024Everything at the Broadstone North Ridge is amazing. The amenities are always functioning, pool are is so nice, dog park is huge, gym is fully equipped. Everything is well maintained and always cleaned. There is no parking issues, I always find a spot next to my building. Staff is super helpful and drama free. I want to thanks Richard to make accommodations so I could pick up the apartment key and for being so helpful on making my move in so smoothly. The apartment was sparkling clean.
