We loved the amenities of this apartment complex. Maintenance often worked quickly and efficiently to address issues. Issues that arose weren’t often egregious. The management team was great! The location was accessible to so many things. Most of our preferred stores, medical facilities, government buildings, etc., weren’t more than a 15 minute drive. The noise level was a bit more than we liked as we have young kids. Many of the residents are in their 20/30s so they were more active. It was ...
great that the fire station was close by but capital blvd is so active and busy, the fire station crew were often called to emergencies. This place is perfect for the social single or couple!

Stayed here for a year it not safe over here there are several breaking in of cars dog poo pee all over the premises elevator stink with all over Dog pee stay far away from this apartment and find a safe place for you
