January 20, 2025We loved the amenities of this apartment complex. Maintenance often worked quickly and efficiently to address issues. Issues that arose weren’t often egregious. The management team was great! The location was accessible to so many things. Most of our preferred stores, medical facilities, government buildings, etc., weren’t more than a 15 minute drive. The noise level was a bit more than we liked as we have young kids. Many of the residents are in their 20/30s so they were more active. It was ...great that the fire station was close by but capital blvd is so active and busy, the fire station crew were often called to emergencies.
