Only con I would say is my one time in the office the leasing team was busy which I totally understand, I was waiting to be helped and the PM just sat there and saw me wait for least 20 mins and never spoke or said anything to me when I just had a simple question. But as soon as someone she knew walked in she welcomes them back and just started talking while I still had not been addressed. Which ...she could have been doing something who knows but the perception did not come off to me as if she cared to assist me.Property Manager Responded

Excellent service, even past move in.
March 21, 2024I moved into Broadstone at Optimist Park in early February. My experience began with a walk-in tour (no appointment) and ended with me filling out an application. Jake and Jordan went the extra mile to help out and ensure I was moved in quickly. The entire process took less than a week from application to move in. Since moving in, my experience has continued to be excellent. I would like to applaud Brandon and Jake for their commitment to serving their tenants in a professional and timely manner, ...with a smile on their face each time.
