Only con I would say is my one time in the office the leasing team was busy which I totally understand, I was waiting to be helped and the PM just sat there and saw me wait for least 20 mins and never spoke or said anything to me when I just had a simple question. But as soon as someone she knew walked in she welcomes them back and just started talking while I still had not been addressed. Excellent service, even past move in.
March 21, 2024I moved into Broadstone at Optimist Park in early February. My experience began with a walk-in tour (no appointment) and ended with me filling out an application. Jake and Jordan went the extra mile to help out and ensure I was moved in quickly. The entire process took less than a week from application to move in. Since moving in, my experience has continued to be excellent. I would like to applaud Brandon and Jake for their commitment to serving their tenants in a professional and timely manner, ...with a smile on their face each time.
