      A lot of the times when i submit a maintenance request it is never fulfilled. we get emails saying it was complete but it is not.

      Nice staff. Great location. Should you be interested to live here make sure to ask about pest infestations. I inherited a pantry pest infestation and it sucks living here.

      I’ve had an overall enjoyable experience at Broadstone Sora. I will say that I think Pam is the only helpful person in the front office however. Pam goes out of her way to make sure people are taken care of while the rest of the front office is there to cash a check and get out. The maintenance team is great and knows their stuff but you need to get someone that can fix the garages in a timely manor, or a security of some kind because the garages break all the time and things get stolen from your ...

      Love everything about this community. Parking is easy - you can always find a spot, staff is incredible and very friendly, I love my apartment, there are PLENTY of great views of downtown to be had, the pool has a beautiful view, the gym is adequate, and the location is simply incredible. The one mark against this place is the community wifi. If you game online, have any smart home appliances (especially an Apple TV with HomePods as speakers), I really don’t recommend it.       doesn’t use Spectrum Community Solutions. Their customer service is good, but the service itself is real bad.

      UNBELIEVABLE BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I’m writing this angry review right now as I got lock out of my own apartment! First of all, 2 out of the 3 keys they gave me weren’t working when I arrived at my apartment. When I submitted the service order to fix the broken keys on Friday morning, I specifically told them to hold on till next Monday as I’m traveling with my 2 cats during the weekend. Fast forward, on Saturday evening at 10pm, after a long trip, I found out the management had changed the lock to ...
      my own apartment and I couldn’t get into my own apartment with the only workings key. I called apartment emergency, they told me they can’t do anything. I ended up calling 23/7 locksmith and figure the solution myself. Who would’ve change door lock without even calling me first!!!!!! This could be handled a hundred times better. I don’t see professionalism at all. I don’t even know where to start my complaint. Ignore my specific request Or change my door lock without telling me Or after they changed it, didn’t even leave the key to on-site emergency staff I’m super disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

    • Finding an APT

      I recently had to search for an apt online without being able to go to Dallas and see any apts before moving. I worked with Holly and Scott who went out of their way to search for apts that I would like and even get permission from existing tenants to take pics of apts so I could see them before deciding. I'm very appreciative of all their support and assistance. Both Holly and Scott have taken a lot of pressure off the finding of an apartment for me.

      McKinney Uptown apartments is a lovely property right in the middle of uptown with on-trend amenities and finishes. Granite counter tops and hardwood floors make the apartment interiors modern and sleek. I love the undermount sink in the kitchen, too, as it makes cleaning easier and cuts down on ugly hardware. The pool has an amazing view of both uptown and downtown, and the community is right across the street from popular restaurants and bars. It can be a little bit noisy at night due to the ...
      close proximity to said bars and busy McKinney Avenue, but the benefits definitely outweigh the drawbacks. You really can't live in the heart of any city without a little bit of noise! I'd definitely recommend McKinney Uptown to people looking for a fun place in Dallas!
