January 6, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at Broadstone Tempe Station. The location is one of the biggest highlights — close to everything, walkable, and super convenient for work and daily errands. The community itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, especially the common areas like the pool and clubhouse. The apartments are spacious with a nice layout, updated finishes, and good natural light. Maintenance has been responsive when I’ve submitted requests, and issues were handled in a reasonable ...amount of time. The staff has been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with great amenities and a prime Tempe location. Little respect for residents
December 9, 2025Don't move here. I've been a resident for 3 years, paid my rent on time, and they still had my truck towed. I had a sticker placed on my window for no registration, l orderea a new one, and before it could even come in the mail my truck was towed, and now I have to pay 250$. Terrible place and looking forward to when my lease is up. Don’t move here, they will tow you or your guests vehicleProperty Manager Responded

December 2, 2025I’ve been living in this complex for the past 2 years and I can say that is a quiet community, close to pretty much everything, restaurants, theaters, ASU, transportation. There are some construction around the neighborhood that make it a little bit disturbing for those who works at night and want to sleep a little more. Biggest issue is that many neighbors do not pick up after their pets. Pet owners must be held accountable for cleaning up. There are not rule enforcement to prevent this issue. ...For the last 2 weeks there has been some public lighting damaged and we haven’t received a letter from the management saying the time that will be fixed. Sometimes I feel the office put more effort to resolve the issues that they have near the front office than the one we have in the back of the development.
