They were really good about explaining the finances to us and how to pay our rent etc. we love the facility and the beautiful amenities. Also the location is absolutely perfect. The office staff are very helpful and professional. The maintenance technicians are the best. The grounds are keep up and are beautiful. January 6, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at Broadstone Tempe Station. The location is one of the biggest highlights — close to everything, walkable, and super convenient for work and daily errands. The community itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, especially the common areas like the pool and clubhouse. The apartments are spacious with a nice layout, updated finishes, and good natural light. Maintenance has been responsive when I’ve submitted requests, and issues were handled in a reasonable ...amount of time. The staff has been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with great amenities and a prime Tempe location. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a modern apartment near the city and transit.Property Manager Responded
