Tempe Station is a wonderful place to live. It's located in a perfect location between Mesa and Tempe. The light rail is so close and so easy to ride. The rail will take you to the airport and downtown Phoenix.

Its been a week in Broadstance and everything is great from ambiance to unit appliances and their working. One thing i love about tempe station is its parking lot, as many as we can use.

Great amenities, work orders get resolved within a day, very good staff and best place in the open space in community where we can walk after dinner and is completely safe at night

I have been here for almost three years and I have not had one issue! I love this whole community and I plan to stay here until life take us in another direction! The staff, the maintenance team, the grounds crew! Everyone is so friendly and communicative! The apartment complex is always well kept and this place is truly the best if you have pets!
