October 27, 2025Maintenance workers and staff are friendly, community is kept clean and tidy, and it's located in a good area. Some of the treadmills in the gym have been broken for months, but other than that when something breaks, it's taken care of in a pretty timely manner.Property Manager Responded

October 26, 2025The apartment complex is in a nice neighborhood, nice view and maintenance staff are helpful.units vary in sizes so it is suitable for any number of tenants. September 8, 2025Something is always broken in the complex, if it isn’t the elevators it’s the Amazon lockers, then it’s the doors, even the opening and exit gates! The hallways remain dirty and the parking on the first floor needs to be able to park every first floor resident! This community needs better upkeep all around.Property Manager Responded
