Highly Recommend Broadstone Vintage Park!!
August 11, 2025I have lived at Broadstone Vintage Park for a year now (08/01/2024 - 09/02/2025) and could not say enough great things. Catherine, the leasing agent has been wonderful in answering my emails and promptly helping me with any requests i have ever had. The community and even the surrounding community is clean and well kept. My building, (bldg 1) was quite and peaceful with no problems. One of the things that impressed me the most was how quick and diligent the maintenance men were with my requests. ...I didn't have very many, clogged up drains, AC was acting up, and replacing my smoke alarm but each request was followed with some form of communication to coordinate my availability and within 24 hours my service request was taken care of. All of the amenities are wonderful and clean, the people are friendly, and the park being next door is a HUGE plus if you have dogs or are active. It is not very often when you find an apartment that you feel peaceful and safe at and that is exactly how I have felt for the last year. High Prices . . . Crappy Managment
September 17, 2024I used to love living here. Going on over three years now and this property continues to go downhill. They don't keep up with the property lawn and landscaping maintenance (everything is dying), they don't enforce pet owners to pick up their poop and it's literally like a danger zone everywhere you go. They allow renter's to put whatever they want in their "back yards" and it looks like trash or an overgrown plant fest. I have repeated asked for pest control to come out to get rid of the bug ...infestation in my unit for almost 2 months and NO ONE ever shows up but they mark it as "complete." The mail room is a disaster and today I found a homeless lady sitting on the curb outside my apartment. Serious, the rent they charge needs to reflect their service.
