August 27, 2025We’ve lived at Broadstone Woodmill Creek for almost 3 years. Overall, it’s been a good experience. The community feels safe, especially with a security officer walking the property, and the area is quiet, we rarely hear neighbors. Amenities are a highlight: the pool is beautiful, the gym is clean and well-equipped, and the parking garage has been more convenient than expected. Our apartment has a great kitchen with a gas stove and good storage. Maintenance responds quickly, though water and roof ...issues have caused recurring mold. On the 4th floor, the AC runs constantly, but power is restored quickly after outages. Downsides include frequent changes to the rent-payment system, service fees, and contracted services like Fetch and Trash Butler, which can be inconsistent. The most frustrating issue is the smell of marijuana in hallways, which sometimes drifts into apartments. Staff are friendly and community events are enjoyable. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and safe place to live.Property Manager Responded

June 21, 2025My experience so far is good but I havent moved it yet so I am unsure. But i am hopeful and excited to move in to Greystar property at Broadstone/.Property Manager Responded

June 20, 2025I absolutely love living in this apartment community! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff is always helpful and attentive, making sure our needs are met. The landscaping is beautiful, providing a serene environment to relax in. I also appreciate the convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home!Property Manager Responded
