Wonderful place!
October 13, 2022Broadstone has been a wonderful home to me and my husband twice in our life – the first time when we were dating, and recently – after we sold our house. We were so thrilled when we called earlier this year to see if they had any vacancies, as we knew from our first time living here that we’d absolutely love it. The complex was built with such great style – you can just look at the actual buildings and notice the quality craftsmanship! The floorplan is great, and there is plenty of storage space ...(we downsized from three bedrooms to one and were amazed at how many things we could store inside! The floors have been replaced since we last lived here and they look amazing! The amenities were also great – we were daily ‘customers’ at the pool and gym – my husband always said we lived at a high end resort! Our most favorite thing about the place, though, has always been the landscaping. It is absolutely gorgeous. The variety of tress, shrubs, plants, and flowers is breathtaking, you feel as if you live inside the botanical garden! My husband and I absolutely loved sitting out on our balcony and enjoying the beautiful view while being serenaded by the occasional happy bird chirping ? The place has always felt safe and tranquil – all neighbors are mindful of keeping the complex clean and quiet. However, what makes Broadstone truly amazing is their staff! Sally, Sonya, and Suzie are absolutely wonderful to talk to! They know everyone by name and are always so prompt in answering questions and helping! We only needed assistance with a maintenance request once, and Vence was so quick to fix the issue, with so much professionalism and curtesy! The Broadstone team truly is wonderful, and we can’t thank them enough for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful ‘resort’! We wholeheartedly recommend Broadstone at Stanford Ranch to anyone looking to rent an apartment in beautiful Rocklin, CA!Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2015I love living in Rocklin. Everything you need is close by. My apartment complex is awesome. They're modern up to date and the grounds are always immaculate. Living here makes me feel like I'm living at a resort. I gave it a four star rating only because for the price of the apartment they're a little small. Not a lot of storage either. All in all I'm happy to call my apartment home. Someday I'd like to move into a bigger place.Review from Apartments.com
