Terrible Apartments
August 6, 2020My experience with Broadway Lofts is the absolute worst. The walls, floor and ceiling between apartments are ridiculously thin and porous. You can actually see light coming thru cracks in the floors and walls. Odors from other apartments seep in thru the cracks. You can hear everything from your neighbors. In the apartment below mine, a man was talking to someone on speaker phone, and I could hear every word of their conversation. I hear my neighbor's alarm clocks and one of them has a dog that ...can heard and smelled from my apartment. On top of all that, the apartment leaks water from the ceiling (I guess it's water) and they never bothered to fix it. There is a very good reason why these lofts are so inexpensive compared to other lofts in Macon, they stink! Great Historic Lofts in Downtown Macon
August 2, 2015The Broadway Lofts are an excellent example of the revitalized housing options that are available in downtown Macon. The staff in the front office are friendly and helpful, and the residents are generally great neighbors. I have experienced an instance of theft within my hallway by way of a delivered package being stolen. Other than that, my only other qualm would be the parking situation, but I believe that is being remedied in the near future. Great proximity to downtown restaurants and ...entertainment.
