What a horrible manager! Gave my 30 day notice then I run into the manager and tell her I’ll be moving out the weekend prior. I tell her I’ll clean before moving out and she says, don’t worry about it, it’s clean. I say oh ok thank you. But being the good tenant I was I clean the kitchen and bathroom expect the shower and I didn’t vacuum the living room. So I get my deposit back and out of $300 she charged me $170 cleaning fee. And I never got the complimentary tenant carpet replacement either ...

about 3 years ago that was supposed to be installed. Horrible experience, stay way from this place.

I toured this property with the manager on Saturday. She was super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t looking to move until January but she was able to show me the units and give me an application. What I truly liked was her willingness to show me around and be so thorough when answering my questions. The property is kept very clean, which tells me it’s well managed. I like that the property is close to shopping and the freeway. The units are huge and affordable. It is gated which is a big plus and ...

the amenities such as the laundry room was spotless!! Not to mention, the pool was sparkling clean even in the Fall time. Kudos to management. The manager let me know that she will follow up with me for availability for my time frame, which is so awesome since this was one of the only managers that contacted me back from my numerous amount of inquires I made while apartment hunting. Thank you for helping me find my new future home!!!

I came to rent am apartment with my paperwork.. She was rude and nasty! They should consider replacing her. She's not there when needed and when there she had no time to look at application! I was very traumatized by her attitude.

Please spare yourself the trouble of even looking at this place. The manager is a serious control freak. She watches your residence, harasses visitors makes her own additions to your lease at her pleasure. I'm not sure who owns this establishment but she's gonna cause them to lose income as well as incur a lawsuit! #stayaway
