The building contains ground floor commercial spaces, which currently include a nail salon and a mixed martial arts training studio as well as four stories of apartment living above. There is a conveniently located lobby elevator and two stair wells to conveniently get you to and from your apartment. Amenities include a bike room and mail room. The building comes equipped with security cameras as well as a fob/key access to make sure the building is secure for residents who live here. Bromley Dwelling has one, two, and three bedrooms available for rent. The one bedrooms range from 600-700 SF, the two bedrooms range from 920-1,400 SF, and the three bedroom is 1,460 SF. All of our units includes brand-new stainless-steel appliances including Samsung microwaves, dishwashers, and ovens and quartz counter tops. The bathroom and kitchen include top tier finishes and fixtures. These units contain an exposed brick wall located along the windows and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The apartment itself is very well insulated and the concrete flooring and ceilings create a sound barrier allowing little to no sound penetration from other tenants. The apartments contains many large windows allowing lots of natural lighting to brighten the apartment including triple-pained sound dampening windows. The apartments also has front loaded washers and dryers as well as self-controlled heating/air conditioning.
