The location saddles up to Fishtown, "America's Hottest New Neighborhood" (Forbes's words, not ours), with easily the best music venues and local boutiques in Philadelphia (our words, not Forbes's) and a significant part of Philadelphia's incredible food and bar scene. Ampere is a boutique property management company located in the neighborhood, and we own and manage the building, so you deal with us, directly – no weird middle guys.
