Wouldn’t waste your time. I called and scheduled a showing and waited around for 20 minutes and no one showed up to the office and never called me back when I reached out. Took the time off work and they couldn’t be bothered to at least call me to cancel.

The neighborhood was ideal for us, working and attending school at UWGB. Our rent price was extremely reasonable, and this was the only place in town that would accept us for a four month lease for just the summer. The staff was extremely helpful to us especially since it was our first time renting. Maintenence always came shortly after anything was requested. Our apartment building had brand new appliances and carpeting with a washer and dryer inside the unit and a dishwasher. Everything was new ...

If it was not for that i would still be there. every aparmtent i have lived in around here is the same. over priced and lots of hallway noise. I came to Brook park do to not wanting a hallway and a townhome. I had a 2 bedroom upper private. Was very quite and huge tons of storage. Never had any issues with noise. I also left early and they went out of the way to rerent my apartment early saving me a good amount of ...

I moved to Green Bay for work and Brook Park has been an excellent place to live. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, safe, and scenic. The cost for everything included is the best in town. The attached garage is one of the best features, super useful in the cold winter months. I felt safe 100% of the time. Rent here! Also electricity bills are very fair, I paid about $20 a month in addition to my rent.
