July 28, 2025We looked at over 30 complexes looking for our perfect place to call home and Brook Run is it! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the pool area is amazing. The pool is even heated! There was a management change but the staff stayed the same so it helps seeing familiar faces. It’s only been 6 months of us living here, but every day we find something new to appreciate. Curb appeal for days!
June 16, 2025We have been on numerous tours in the area and none of them compared to Brook Run. The landscape is breathtaking. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is super nice. We unfortunately couldn’t rent due to availability, but we wished we could. Brook Run was at the top of our list.Review from Apartments.com
I love this place!
October 14, 2024I have been a resident at Brook Run for 5 years. I have say that Redwood has been the best management company! Melissa has always been pleasant when I have needed to call the office, and Daniel and Peter are amazing with maintenance. I have never had to wait longer than 2 days for any service requests to be completed. The property is absolutely beautiful! My favorite part of the day is walking my dog around the perimeter and taking in the landscape. There is a dog park, heated pool, and 24 hour ...access package room and fitness center. The property is small so it really gives you a neighborhood feel. There are fun resident events that give you the opportunity to socialize with other residents and the staff. All in all, I give Brook Run 5 stars! You will not be disappointed if you decide to live here!Property Manager Responded

Great Place To Call Home!
August 13, 2024Brook Run is the perfect place to call home! The beautiful landscaping is what makes this community feel so special. Everyone is very friendly. The maintenance team is very prompt and always willing to help. Big relief after my last place. They know what they are doing and are very respectful. I love the pool especially since it’s heated. It’s not super shallow like other places and gets great sun. Great spot to hang out. I’m glad I chose Brook Run as my home, and I don’t plan on leaving ...anytime soon!Property Manager Responded

Great Place to raise a family
December 11, 2023When we moved in we had two boys under 2 and after almost two years living here we love it! Our boys meet so many new friends and neighbors really making this feel like a community rather than just an apartment. The staff does a great job communicating with the tenants and hosting great events for our two boys! The maintenance guys are SO respectful of your space and very helpful!
