A waste of time

I paid two applicant fees , bad website application every time I tried to submit my application , give me an error, most of the time you calling the office rarely they answer, and after that they refused your application after 16 days dealing with them what a waste of time for me

Bad customer service

We went by at 4:20 this afternoon and they close at 5:00. I had to greet the lady instead of her greeting us. She was sitting behind her desk and I told her we were looking for a short term rental. She proceeded to tell me they were about to close. I asked if it were possible to see a 3 bedroom and she said no you can come back tomorrow. I told her we weren't available to come by tomorrow, she said "come back at 8:30 in the morning". I then asked her how much a 3 bedroom was and she replied ...

around 1300 and then asked me if that would be a problem. I said not at all. She never asked our names or tried to shake our hands. I do customer service for a living and this was absolutely horrible. If you have vacancies then start with her and a customer service class as she had no desire to lease an apartment. Oh she told me to fill out an application online and I said I'm not filling out an application until we could view an apartment.

Living in the Northeast I had to select and commit to a rental for this year sight unseen. Did a lot of research of several complexes in the area. Brookberry Park apartments stood out in terms of amenities,price and location. Just arrived this week and found the apartment, complex and support staff to be as advertised. Just perfect. Love the setting, amenities and the staff has been patient and very professional throughout my search and now that I've arrived. Couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you ...
