June 12, 2021Black mold in the basement which you can smell in the elevator. Elevator gets stuck on regular basis. Common areas are filthy. Chronic pest/mice control problem in the building. New management just raised the rent by hundreds/month. So had to move out. Avoid at all costs.Review from Apartments.com
