Scenic Community
September 14, 2015In Houston location is relative. Brookfield is located close to FM 1960 making I-45 and SH 249 easily accessible. The floor plans are spacious and flow well. The closets are huge! My main complaint is that the walls, specifically the exterior are really thin. Conversations can be understood as if a window were open through the exterior walls. It is a fairly quiet community though. Lots of kids, so the noise really tapers off at a reasonable hour. There are two pools onsite the larger was ...recently renovated. Rent is the cheapest I could find in the area and is payable online, a big plus for me. If you prefer to pay by check though, you now must do so in person.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor
July 20, 2015Do no live here. These apartments are small. They are unkept. They don't have anything for the residents to do. And they will not take out your rent until a week after its paid if you use their online portal so expect not to use your account for about a week. The management also won't resolve any of your issues be it maintenence or any other request. You try to upgrade units to get something bigger and unless your going from a 1 bed to a 2 you won't be allowed to move into something bigger. They ...won't allow you to go from a 2 to another 2. One 2 is 824 the other is 975 big difference in space. Their maintenance doesn't speak English and if there is a manintenece emergency at night don't expect anyone to show up because they won't and trust me our ac unit went out and I called and he wouldn't come out to fix it his name is Jamie and he was the manager. We had to sleep in an apartment that was 85 plus degrees inside with our 2 little kids and it happened 2 other times.
