Unjustified Move-Out Charges Despite Photo Evidence
February 3, 2025The excessive move-out charges being imposed on long-term residents. These apartments are nearly 30 years old, and despite normal wear and tear, tenants who have stayed for at least three years are being charged anywhere between $1,000 to $5,000 upon move-out. This practice seems unfair, especially given the age and condition of the units.Property Manager Responded

REALLY DIRTY OLD APARTMENT. BUGS AND MICE/RATS INFESTED
April 21, 2021I just moved out April 2021. I'm going to write facts. 1. Bugs and mice/rats infested. First time in my life seeing mouse right in front of my door. Tired of killing bugs inside of my apt. It's not just regular bugs. I don't know why but bugs are huge here. Especially june bugs. 2. You can't even open front and back doors properly because there are so many mosquitoes. Almost every time I open the door, mosquitoes are on the door or flying around. It's because of the dirty water stream that runs ...thru the apt community. 3. Front door don't close properly because of the foundation problem. 4. Got sick few times because a lot of cold wind come thru bedroom windows. Submitted a ticket and they try to fix it but it was a fail. The apartment is just old and weak. 5. There are always kids running and playing around blocking the roads. 6. Go look at the main big trashcan at parking lot. It will tell you everything what kind of residents live here. Amazing Staff!
July 24, 2015I've lived here for 2 years now, and I've really enjoyed it! I got one of the first fully renovated apartments with all the beautiful finishes. The office staff is awesome. I always get greeted with a smile, and the Assistant Manager seems to know every single resident's name! The maintenance team is great, always quick to get to our service requests completed. The only negative I would say is that the landscaping is a little gruesome, (though I'm told that it's the next big project.) I don't ...usually leave reviews, but out of curiosity I pulled theirs up and think most of these have been really unfair. Everyone knows people will go out of their way to leave bad reviews when they're angry, but it's rare that someone leaves reviews when they are happy.
