Management is attentive, professional, and responds to maintenance requests immediately while following regulations and keeping residents informed. We love living here!
May 18, 2026My wife and I have lived in the Brookside Manor since they completed construction. We love it here. Our apartment is spacious and gets a tremendous amount of natural light. The building is well maintained and you can tell the owner George takes pride in his properties. Our children love playing on the well manicured lawn where they can run around in a safe environment. Horrible Communication
September 14, 2025These people never called me back after I expressed interest in their 2 bedroom apartment. Someone initially called me and assured me they’d get back to me to visit the place and I never received a follow up call. I even called their office on Friday and Saturday, left a message. No one has gotten back to me. I’m now viewing another property.Property Manager Responded
