Well maintained and spacious apartments. Everything is in great condition. All the staff is great and very helpful. Jennifer in the front office is extremely helpful and will help with any issues that come along!!

I love living here, Nieghbors are friendly and respectful. The facility is very clean and well kept. Extremely roomy apartment and nice appliances. Maintenance is quick to repair anything and anytime. The office staff is friendly and helpful with any needs, especially Jennifer. She will help you with any and all questions and problems. Highly recommended.

Great Accommodating Place to Live

Brookstone is great because of several reasons. The apartments are cozy and the location is nice and quiet from all the noise, but mostly it’s the people. The staff is great and will help you get all your needs meet. Especially Jennifer, whenever you're in need ask for her!!

I’ve been a resident at Brookstone Park for the past 4 years and it’s been a great experience. The staff is friendly and quick to fix any maintenance issues. There are plenty of amenities like a workout center and a pool and Brookstone is conveniently located in Covington near downtown and 1-12. I recommend Brookstone Park to someone looking for a nice apartment in Covington.

I was a resident for 18 months and I felt so safe and secure. Maintenance was very attentive when there was an issue. The girls in the front office was very easy to communicate with. The pool is amazing. Another plus, when it’s Hurricane season, your electricity is restored promptly, since you’re on the same grid as the 2 surrounding Nursing Homes.

Its a no from me
November 15, 2018
Thermostat caught fire and have had bug issues living here not somewhere I would recommend. We were out of ac and heater for three days with the apt building dropping below 60. I have also spent lots of money and time at the drs to have all the bug bites checked out.

Great Staff

Staff is wonderful but can only do so much. The dog policy is not enforced, we have a pug, ran into pit bull yesterday and owner had hard time controlling it. Also lots of dogs over weight limit. Residents don’t pick up dog poop, so have to watch where you walk even sometimes on the edge of sidewalks. Was shown a really nice apartment when we previewed it last year, one of the newer ones, but when we got here our apartment was in the first building built. Needless to say, everything is much older ...
and used than we were led to believe. We are only here for the winter so may not return to Brookstone. Probably will look into newer ones.

  I am sorry to hear the experience you have had with people not following the dog policy. We have recently added several new pet stations and have sent out letters to all residents informing them that they will be fined if they don't clean up after their pets. Over Priced, Loud, and Overrated

Decent place. Quiet for the most part, but if you live near the people in 216 they are noisy and always fighting. The man is always yelling, they play music loud, and are on their porch causing noise every night. They think they are the only people who live here and have no respect for neighbors. Other than that the appliances are kinda cheap. I haven't experienced the rude staff, but that seems to be a common theme in the feedback. They also don't fix things for a long time. When they ...
do fix things they leave ladders and tools laying around. If anyone wants to break in through your window, there is a really good chance maintenance left a ladder in the grass for them. For the price you pay to live here you would think they would be all over repairs, but they are not. They take way too long to fix things for what you pay to be here. There are much better apartments in the area if you are going to spend the kinda money they charge, you can do better in the area.

I have lived in Brookstone Park for 2 years and I absolutely love it! It is so quiet but I can jump on the 12 to go to work right down the street. I started off in a 1 bedroom and after getting married we moved to a 2 bedroom while we look for a house. The office was so helpful with changing apartments. We also love the pool!

We have rented at this apartment for 6 months now.....we looked at at several in this area but this was very nice and the area was just perfect ...it is very quiet yet right at nice resturants and stores.....my mother is 95 and lives with us so we needed a down stairs they were very helpful to make sure that we got a 2 bedroom downstairs.....also the pool and club house is just beautiful ......the whole area is kept up just perfect and it is a very safe and friendly place to rent.....if looking ...
for an apartment in this area this is where you would need to be.
