Need updates and not clean
October 26, 2024The complex has been ran down. The hallway have green old spotted carpet. There is rats and roaches out of control along with trash systems. Some tenants keep real nasty homes and the property manager do not follow through with holding them accountable.Property Manager Responded
November 11, 2024Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are currently evaluating hallway flooring and prioritizing replacement updates. Our property has regular pest control services to address any concerns, and we recently installed a new trash compactor and cans in 2024 to improve waste management. While we cannot discuss specific tenants, we conduct regular bi-annual inspections to help ensure a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our community.
