Very nice staff
April 17, 2025Visited with my mother. It's a nice place. I will agree that's it's kind of pricey for what you get, but I've seen much worse for far more. Jade was a delight. Decent apartment, but not worth the price
March 27, 2024It’s not a bad apartment with partial faux wood flooring throughout and it’s a pretty quiet complex with pleasant walking areas, however, it’s not worth the price. I’m paying nearly 40% more for a 1-bedroom apartment here than my last home which was a 3-bedroom house. However, I’m moving out of state in less than six months so I suppose it’s fine for the time being.Property Manager Responded

Great Complex
June 23, 2023Maintenance crew is top-notch, the best! Still getting to know the office staff as there had been some turnover. I really like this team so far. They are very responsive to maintenance requests. They work to keep the property looking good. They know us, and our pets (!) and seem to really care. Not bad if you can't find something better
November 29, 2022Overall it is not a bad rental, everything works and they seem quick to fix broken items. However, with each consecutive management team, it seems to get incrementally worse. The current team only reaches out to "scold" tenants but I have yet to see them enforce or hold individuals accountable for breaking the rules. Common areas will have lights out for an unacceptable amount of time. I should not be filling out a maintenance request for common areas. If you have a normal daytime job don't ...expect to ever see the office open, unless of course, it is the once a month (?) it is open on the weekend for a few hours. For $40 per month, they provide the worst dog waste bags you can find. I stopped using them a long time ago and I spend far less than $40 a year on them. It is cheaper per square foot to get a two-bedroom apartment than to rent a one-bedroom. Long story short, when I moved in I enjoyed this complex, now, and as time moves on, I am far less enthusiastic.Property Manager Responded

Badly Managed
September 19, 2022I rented from them was on time never late for 11 out of 12 months before I received a job offer that moved me out of state. I even gave them a verbal heads up I would not be renewing prior to the 60 day end of lease. I accepted job and then was told I’d have to pay the 12th rent and a 1500 break lease fee before I can leave. I left before the beginning of the 12th month gave my forwarded address and contact info. 2 and a half weeks later I received a call from a debt collector advising I owed ...2200 to Brookwood. Brookwood never called me and never sent me a statement. I have never had a more horrible experience or relationship with a company than Brookwood a monarch owned property. In the end I will take care of what I need to but this in my opinion is a last stab because of all the other issues I’ve had at this property and company.Property Manager Responded

Money hungry
July 4, 2022I loved my actual apartment, but the leasing office is so money hungry. If you don’t re sign a lease when yours is up, rent goes up $200. They charge you for every single little thing when moving out, I ended up paying $1,300 in my last month. No I am not a dirty person at all I even hired cleaners. Then they charged me $100 EXTRA to do a payment plan AND another $100 in late fees due to having to set up a payment plan. Just ridiculous and I’m so happy I moved out.Property Manager Responded

The Best Apartments I've lived In
April 10, 2019Out of my few years of rental experience this has by far been the best place. It's an easy decision to renew my lease here! It's a quiet, well maintained area, maintenance is quick (even though I've only had to call them once so far), and the girls in the office make you feel like family.
