Slum property
April 19, 2023The amenities advertised are at best false advertising. No WiFi is available , no television, no phones, no laundresses facilities. maintenance,ownership, and management place responsibility for problems on the tenants.. The sewage and plumbing in many of the month to month rentals,mobile homes are backed up , repairs come slow or not at all. Many mobile home rentals have no interior doors, no weather stripling, no screens or insulation , the windows in several units are at risk of falling out ...potentially causing injury to the tenants. There is no working furnace there is unsafe inadequate heat for the units. There are no smoke detectors ,Carbon dioxide detectors are defective, non working, No accommodations ( ie hand rails in the shower ) are provided. There are no anti slip mats in the shower tub floor. There have been three or more serious falls requiring emergency medical attention.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
