September 1, 2025My wife and I have been living at the Brynfeild Apartments for 6 months now and have grown to appreciate the serenity this rustic brick construction carves out despite its proximity to a large motorway. The property manager and maintenance have been incredibly attentive and responsive to any issues that have arisen and the two of us hope to be tenants for years to comeProperty Manager Responded

Great property in convenient location.
November 12, 2020A great property in a great location. In walking distance to fantastic restaurants and the regional rail line. The property mgr is very responsive and has issues or concerns addressed very quickly. The maintenance people are very friendly if you should ever need them. August 15, 2015Great location, close to public transportation, older building with exposed brick wall, most rooms nice size except tiny kitchens, one vintage bathroom, hardwood floors in main living area, bedrooms carpeted, some pets allowed, and no outdoor space available.
