About Buckhannon Townhomes
I have one end unit townhouse currently for rent and ready for occupancy! New Townhouse Development (rentals) two stories with a total of 12 units which includes 2 bedroom units only. They are now ready for move in (09/01/2024) with only a couple units left. This complex is (NOT) HUD type and no utilities are included in the rent. You must pay electric, water, sewage and any cable/internet if desired. There is one exception trash service is included in the rent! This is the nicest and newest rental property in the Buckhannon area. Pets are welcome but number and types are at the approval of the Landlords. All new kitchen appliances (stainless steel) included. Also, large washer and dryer included on second floor. Each unit has two designated exterior parking spots and monitored exterior security cameras. 2 bedrooms (Interior Units) - $1300.00 per month/$1300.00 deposit - 1130 sq.ft. Tenants are obligated for paying their own electric, water, sewage, cable, and internet. We also require rental insurance which is very reasonably priced and we have a local company we can recommend to make the process easy. Each living unit has two designated parking spots in front of your particular living unit with extra parking in a designated area for visitors only. One year lease with application required for our review/approval. Each pet is an extra $25.00 per month and NO additional deposit required. Property is located in Buckhannon, WV one mile from WV Wesleyan College, 18 miles from Elkins and 12 miles from Weston/I79.
