  • Stay Away Renters Beware

    This place does not care about you or your property. I have had two separate instances of the sprinkler system flooding out my apartment, one being caused by a contractor that they approved to work on the building, and one being because of a fire in another unit. Both times it was like pulling teeth to get the leasing office to do anything other than put a fan in my unit to dry the carpet. They went with the cheapest person possible and all they did was replace the soggy ceiling and dried the ...
    carpets with industrial fans. The second flooding I wanted to break my lease because the apartment was not livable and was told if I wanted to do that I would have to pay the penalty price for breaking it early. That later changed when I told them I would be in contact with a lawyer. The four young women in the leasing office are only there to collect a pay check and will always act like you are inconveniencing them whenever you come into the office. To make a long story short. Save your money do not spend it with them, there are better places to rent from in the immediate area.

    Well they have 4 pools 2 of them are for kids the other 2 are for adults or teenagers and the secury is really good they have alot of trees but some of them fall if its raining really bad
