Not worth it
March 21, 2022The children here aren't raised right. You have kids playing after 11pm to 1 am throwing soccer balls at the building, you here gun shots here and there and my favorite dog poop everywhere you walk. This place isn't strict. I wish the old property management was here which was Maria if she was here these things wouldnt have gotten this bad, one thing for sure is they dont give written notices to these people. Its our job..everytime something happens they tell us in email its OUR JOB to stop crime ...and report it to the police. This place is a joke. If you move here be prepared for these type of things. Only good thing about this apartment is a way of rebuilding your rental history! Thats it,If your someone who has eviction and troubled background go for it until something else comes your way! But honestly the money we pay here is ridiculous you might as well drive a few more blocks down and go to an apartment who actually enforce the rules. This place will give you nothing but depression! Just nasty neighbors..you can tell some people dont know how to live clean when they bring a bunch of mess. This place isnt all that but it has gone down hill a lot. Lots of people are moving, its sad all the good people are leaving while all the ones who causes these issues are staying..why stay here when you can pay a little more or even the same amount of what they are charging to live in a much peaceful place.Property Manager Responded

Beware Of Incorrect Info
June 3, 2020In the info it says that the rent includes water, sewer, gas and cable. When I called I was told none of those are included. Also in the Amenities listed here and on their own website it says that they have a Fitness Center, but I was told by a leasing agent that they don't actually have one. I don't know if it is a deliberate bait and switch going on or an honest series of errors, but I'm doing a hard pass. Especially after I drove through the complex and it is a little on the needs improvement ...side for the price.Property Manager Responded

Horrible place to live in. Rude staff
January 22, 2019The managers are so rude. You go and ask them a simple question and they answer so rudely. They never answer the phone. There’s always problems with the hot water. Some lady insinuated that because people used to not have hot water in the ranch it was okay for us not to have hot water. Just completely rude. Will not be renewing my contract here. The owners need to really check who they hire because these people only make the apartments look horrible.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2018Was looking to find something nice around 1960 area and this was the last property I visited and I am glad I picked them to be my new home the person who helped me leased my apartment was Cindy very nice and professional she took me to 2 different floor plans they had available and I choose from there. WOW...I'm Amazed
July 18, 2018Recently visited a friend who lives at Buena Vista and I was just amazed by the friendly staff, the prices, and how clean and presentable the apartment was that the assistant manager Julia showed me. My friend convinced me this was the right choice for my money, convenience to my job, my kids loved the playground and pool, and I loved the amenities and services offered. Also you have false info they do charger for Gas, Water, Trash Removal, Sewer, then statements they send are outrageous. apartments doesn't have playground, dumpsters are always full, onsite laundry nasty as always, gates never working, bad to no security, main office staff never no what to do.Property Manager Responded
