Not worth it
March 21, 2022The children here aren't raised right. You have kids playing after 11pm to 1 am throwing soccer balls at the building, you here gun shots here and there and my favorite dog poop everywhere you walk. This place isn't strict. I wish the old property management was here which was Maria if she was here these things wouldnt have gotten this bad, one thing for sure is they dont give written notices to these people. Its our job..everytime something happens they tell us in email its OUR JOB to stop crime ...and report it to the police. This place is a joke. If you move here be prepared for these type of things. Only good thing about this apartment is a way of rebuilding your rental history! Thats it,If your someone who has eviction and troubled background go for it until something else comes your way! But honestly the money we pay here is ridiculous you might as well drive a few more blocks down and go to an apartment who actually enforce the rules. This place will give you nothing but depression! Just nasty neighbors..you can tell some people dont know how to live clean when they bring a bunch of mess. This place isnt all that but it has gone down hill a lot. Lots of people are moving, its sad all the good people are leaving while all the ones who causes these issues are staying..why stay here when you can pay a little more or even the same amount of what they are charging to live in a much peaceful place.Property Manager Responded

Beware Of Incorrect Info
June 3, 2020In the info it says that the rent includes water, sewer, gas and cable. When I called I was told none of those are included. Also in the Amenities listed here and on their own website it says that they have a Fitness Center, but I was told by a leasing agent that they don't actually have one. I don't know if it is a deliberate bait and switch going on or an honest series of errors, but I'm doing a hard pass. Especially after I drove through the complex and it is a little on the needs improvement ...side for the price.Property Manager Responded
