Do not move into these apartments. They do not fix anything, neighbors had a leak for 6 months. Nobody came to fix it. Fridge broke, management did not fix it for weeks. If you forget to register your car in the town they will tow you every day if needed and management won’t do a thing about it, claims they have nothing to do with tow company when they are the ones who hired them. Apartment was not even primed before painted, paint is peeling and apartment was so dirty. There was blood on the ...
back of the toilet that was not ours when moved in. Roaches in the dishwasher. Property managers did nothing. The women in the office do not care and will hang up the phone on you. They will also lie if you come to them about these reviews as she did us. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Doesn't fix what really needs fixing. Rude property managers that talks over you when trying to explain what's going on in your apartment. Not much lighting on the property for safety. Management also runs from meeting the tenants and you only gets to deal with the ladies in the office that doesn't know anything, tells you what you want to hear. Find somewhere else to rent if you can.

Landlord does not care about his property. Took almost 2 years to fix a roof that had a hole in it. And leaking water in my apartment. And only got fixed when I got the city involved.
