August 28, 2023These guys bought recently these properties that used to be senior living homes and did a quick make-over to all of their units. To put it simply these units are dated and small but functional. Small sqr ft for asking prices as well. ALL amenities listed for each unit is an ADDITIONAL cost. Washers and dryers are installed but they will charge you an $40/month. Pets? you get to bring one and pay an extra move in fee, plus an additional monthly fee of $25 if you have a cat. Zero utilities are ...covered, so you pay for everything except for water. You can definitely charge anything you want but you should 100% disclose that on the post.Property Manager Responded

Zero organization management wise
February 15, 2022HORRIBLY mismanaged properties! We've gone DAYS without heat working at times....same with air in summer. Now we're dealing with no snow removal. "Management" never answers phones, rent went up, and my car was broken into twice. Run now....Property Manager Responded
