Not worth the price
July 16, 2025Property needs updating. All their doing is patch work. The contractors they have doing the carpet. Replaces it quick but the job is not good quality. Carpet already coming up. Havent been a year. Resufing the tubs already peeling less than a year. The foundation is shifting and the drive way has holes and cracks. They have raised rent up 100 dollars for the past three years. The so call work out room and laundry only open during office hours. No weekends. Not convenient for anyone so your ...paying for something you can't even use. Parking is horrible. Management issuued parking pases for residents. Only problem is they issued passes for every vehicle registered to each apartment. So if you got 5 vehicles they are registered. Leaving no room for other residents to park. Everyone has a garage but all dont use. Please don't waste your money. If your going to pay these high prices go somewhere that's worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
