Horrible Management. Not worth it!
June 20, 2018Poor management. Dirty pool. Late response to apartment problems. Noisy neighbors. The increase is too high. It's not worthy to stay here. The current managers are sluggish. They should be replaced.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible Management
September 17, 2016Current management is lazy. The managers before were always cleaning. The current management doesn't care if anyone is violating the noise ordinance. They leave the complex a mess. There are weeds all over place. This used to be a quiet complex. But due to poor management, kids are running around all over the place unsupervised. During Fourth of July, one kid had lighter for fireworks. He was maybe 10 years old, and nobody was supervising him. Scary. Move here if you want cheap rent with ...noisy neighbors. Terrible
June 22, 2016Managers never manage apartments and when they want to they hire people to do it for them. They increase the rent $50 every six months and it's at $830 right now. Pool is never cleaned and a complete mess all around. Don't stay here.Review from Apartments.com
