BAD MAINTENANCE AND THE APRTMENTS ARE OLD!
April 24, 2021Maintenance here is BAD and the manager cares less. There's a lot of mold around the bathroom apartment and there is a lot of insects. One of the neighbors found a rat in their apartment. The tenant notified immediately the manager about the situation the manager answered "it's normal that there's a rat in the apartments." My friend lives there and I was planning to move with her, but all the story I heard I'll not move there. The manager was harassing my friend because she has not paid her rent ...and she said "I'll pay rent until I am provided with maintenance at my apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE LOUD!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
