I was a little nervous having to find an apartment without being in the area to see them for myself. The leasing consultant Andrea was extremely helpful working with me over email to get everything taken care of beforehand and I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment when I came to sign the lease. The apartment was very clean when I arrived and I have only had positive experiences here since.

Very clean & quiet area. The rent is much lower than other places I have searched. It is close to shopping and work. Anytime there is an issue, they are there the same day you call. I would recommend this place to others in my area.

I have lived in Burton's Landings apartment for 1.5 years now and I love how quiet the area is. The landscape is alway kept and nice, it is located very close to many shopping/ and mini malls. Burton's Landings is also close to several colleges in the area, much to offer living here.

These are the perfect apartments for my husband and me! We have a one bedroom and we couldn't be happier, we were actually surprised by how big the space actually was (not to mention clean)! Burton's Landing is only a few minutes away from the big shopping district of 28th street, yet you wouldn't know it because of how quiet this place is! My favorite part about our home is that we are only about ten minutes from The Grand Rapids Art Museum which is right downtown Grand Rapids. You'll NEVER run ...

Pefect building conveintly located near shopping and restaurants and trails.. I'm on the bottom floor walking out to a large courtyard with a country feel to it.. We have picnic tables and grills for cooking and the office is right across the courtyard.. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and the hallways and common areas are well maintained.. Iv'e been here 8 years and am extremely happy here!

I've lived here for 6 years and am happy with my apartment complex. Maintenance fixes problems in an efficient manner, and the office personnel have always been friendly and helpful. In addition, lots of improvements have been made in the past few years. For example, the shared apartment hallways have new carpet and fresh paint, all apartment doors have been painted, the parking lots have been repaved, new mailboxes have been installed, and many apartments have received cosmetic upgrades such as ...
new carpet, appliances, and counter tops. Overall, I think these are nice apartments for the cost and would recommend them positively to others.
