Just moved in, can’t wait for the lease to be up.

This place is very old. It seems okay for one year and after that, I would like a newer tub than a painted one. Not even well painted. The silver wear is covered in a falling apart, somewhat moldy, paint and silicone coming off. I put in a request for the shower, water goes down super slow leaving a puddle from the moment you begin to shower. The drain in the sink is coming to be replaced in the morning. The fridge is leaking everyday. I’ve submitted maintenance requests but it doesn’t justify a ...

This is the second day and we can not get in touch with the maintenance man and there is no number to reach the higher up. Two days without hot water.
