Improvements have been made
October 2, 2024I moved in when it was still cascade woods. I can say that I’m pleasantly surprised with the new owners and the improvements they have made. Parking has been improved with marked spots, gym is up and running for residents, and the upkeep on the yards has improved and done on a schedule. The office staff has always been kind and accommodating to my family. When I have an issue, maintenance has been quick to respond (within 24 hours). My kids enjoy both of the play yards we have and being close to ...the schools. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a smaller quieter family environment.Property Manager Responded
