I have lived here since about 2023, and there was a time when I thought about moving but recently I feel like there has been a change for the better here when it comes to things getting done. Maintenance comes when I put in a work order and everything is communicated. The manager Kirsten has been making sure everyone has been keeping up with their trash and patios and has been sending emails to us that I find really refreshing since that was not done. When I had concerns she helped me with them, ...

and even dropped everything and came to my apartment with me to see my issue and it was fixed same day. She has always is happy to help me. The community itself is very quiet, never had any big issues with my neighbors being noisy or dirty. The parking is fine, sometimes I can’t park directly in front of my building but every apartment I’ve lived in has been that way. My packages always come to my door, which I have had an issue with at other apartments. Priscila has always been a delight and very friendly. The pool is nice and always clean, and the gym is HUGE. Overall, I would say that I will renew again and I’m super happy with the property

Other than the residents, I have no complaints. My apartment is spacious, was well cleaned and contains all the TRUE necessities in life, washer\dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Bonus points for the mirrored closet doors, garden tub, and built-in desk. Now this place doesn't have the "fancy" yet worthless upgrades like stainless steel appliances (they do the same thing as the regular white ones, people) and faux granite countertops, so if you're into that sort of thing, this isn't the place for you. ...

The area literally has everything you need, and Pearland is 10 minutes away if it doesn't. You WILL hear a lot of planes being so close to Hobby airport, but you'll get used to them after a while. The pool is a little small, but nicely maintained and landscaped, plus it's open 24 hrs, so adults can use it well after the kids are asleep. The gym is HUGE and has all the equipment you need - cancel your membership if you decide to move here. There isn't a true clubhouse like some complexes have, with pool tables, cappuccino machines, etc., but that's not a deal breaker for most people. There's the option to pay rent online, with no extra surcharges, with automatic withdrawals every month, which is super convenient. You get a standard, basic washer\dryer in each unit which is also all most people need. In summary, this isn't a bad place to live. People are friendly, I've never felt unsafe, and my apartment is awesome. I feel like major changes are on the way and I'm excited to be here as they occur!

The apartments are your basic apartment with no upgrades to be noted. The management is polite and respectful. The problem with these apartments is theft. Some of the other nearby apartment have put in camera systems to help deter would be thieves but currently nothing like this as been done at the Windwater. I have lived here since July 2015. I relocated from NYC for a job here in Houston and did everything via email and phone. The people at the management office are wonderful. They are polite, friendly and respond immediately if there is a need at the apartment. Maintenance is very friendly and professional. The grounds are well kept and quiet. larger mall located about 15 minutes away and the apartment complex is situated centrally, so it's easy to get to many surrounding areas from here. There is also a bus that can take you into downtown Houston very close to the apartment complex as well. So far my experience at The Windwater has been excellent.

My apartments are very quiet, and the residents are very friendly . The office staff is wonderful they always greet you at the door, and offer you something to drink or is it anything they can do. The maintenance is prompt and thorough. The property is always keep up very nicely and clean.
