October 29, 2025Fixed.. then broke? my sink drain was fixed like I requested it to be, cleaned up very nicely. but now my shower drain is unscrewed? which wasn’t an issue until I got the sink drain fixed that I was present for. October 9, 2025Great Maintenance Hello! I am a 1 year (going on to 2) resident of Cabana Beach and recently my dryer stopped producing heat, so I put in a maintenance request. They got to me the next day (it was in the evening when I submitted the request) and were very quick to respond to the issue, especially since laundry piles up quick. Just felt like I should leave a comment cause these guys are so quick and amazing, and have been great every time we have needed their help.Property Manager Responded

April 8, 2023Decent apartment although there is no frontgate. Affordable and easily livable for the price. Does need some updating to the roommate matching as it matched me with pet owners as a person who specifically said no pets.Property Manager Responded
