Fixed.. then broke? my sink drain was fixed like I requested it to be, cleaned up very nicely. but now my shower drain is unscrewed? which wasn’t an issue until I got the sink drain fixed that I was present for. Not the end of the world, but still super frustrating.

Great Maintenance Hello! I am a 1 year (going on to 2) resident of Cabana Beach and recently my dryer stopped producing heat, so I put in a maintenance request. They got to me the next day (it was in the evening when I submitted the request) and were very quick to respond to the issue, especially since laundry piles up quick. Just felt like I should leave a comment cause these guys are so quick and amazing, and have been great every time we have needed their help.

Decent apartment although there is no frontgate. Affordable and easily livable for the price. Does need some updating to the roommate matching as it matched me with pet owners as a person who specifically said no pets.

I have been living at Cabana Beach since August. I think the community is great. Its such a quiet lovely place to live and relax. has a great pool, and great people cant get any better than that

I moved in the beginning of semester. Was told I could get an apartment with my sisters. For such a short notice they were very accommodating. So far so good! no problems to date.

It's good for the price, but the walls in the units are very thin. I can hear nearly every conversation in the surrounding rooms. Just be aware of that if you like peace and quiet.

Cabana Beach is a great place to live. My only complaint is that since reaching full capacity it has gotten extremely loud and there is no security patrolling at night.

Very quiet and calm. Office is always having events for the community and opportunities to earn or get free items like food. Maintenance takes about a few days to get to you but other than that there’s not really any problems.
