Best Place I Ever Lived
May 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI love the location and the neighborhood. It is quiet. When I have an issue, I call Scott Spalin, the building manager. He fixes the issues in a timely manner. In fact, spread out separately in the last 6 months, I needed a new dryer, a new door lock, and A/C repair. With each incident, Scott fixed these issues the same day.

March 5, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThere's a reason there is so many empty units here. We lived here for 8 years and didn't have issues until the new property manager took over. Our rent (if we would have signed a new lease) would have doubled since moving in. We had no upgrades in those 8 years. The carpet was so old it was paper thin and the cheap flat paint never got refreshed. Our apartment had a black mold issue after a water leak and Scott wanted to put the moldy cabinet back and would have if we didn't refuse!! Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. I do want to mention that we did replace the cabinet as soon as we discovered the problem, currently southwest Florida has an overall vacancy rate of 24% and we are under the average rate.

He’s there in five minutes no matter what it is since he’s been here. Everything gets done as soon as you call we hope to spend many more years here very pleased with the management and how the apartments are kept up I would recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a really nice place to live.
