I haven’t had any issues living here. They have monthly events just sucks I work constantly during them and can never come. Wished the pool was open earlier that’s my only thing.

I really love living at Cadence Music Factory! The location is perfect for me—not right in Uptown, but close enough to enjoy everything it has to offer. The community being gated gives me peace of mind, and even though we’re near the train, the sound honestly feels more like relaxing white noise now. My corner apartment has such a great view, and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon (at least not until I buy a house someday). The staff here also deserves a big shout-out. Iman, Keith, Melissa, and ...
