QUIET & CONVENIENT NEIGHBORHOOD
July 14, 2022Calais was the perfect place to live while finishing my last year at Tech! The area is convenient to everything, and it is very quiet for the most part. Very pricey but good community.
March 15, 2022The apartments have nice finishes and are pretty new with updated appliances. Space is not what these apartments offer however. The units get the job done but they’re very small. The community is very quiet and the walls are very well insulated in terms of sound. The staff is responsive and professional but man if there isn’t a fee for everything. Moving out was filled with fees and you have to pay to get your carpet cleaned. That’s not to mention that the rent is pretty high for what you get. If ...you don’t want to worry about safety or noise and want to live in a bit of luxury, these are a good choice. If you want the most bang for your buck and more space, I would look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
